BUSINESS MANAGER

Natalie Head, MBA

Natalie graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor in Exercise Sports Science and minored in Business Administration. She received her Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in management from The University of Houston-Victoria School of Business. She has over seven years of administrative and managerial experience and has been working with The Shape for four years. She joined the executive panel in 2007 earning the title Business Director. Natalie currently manages all aspects of the business realm, including hiring professionals and paraprofessionals, building and developing teams, leading problem solving, recommending solutions and planning implementation. She is directly responsible for all Shape locations and is involved with the operations including interacting daily with patients and other professional parties, perform due diligence in research, draft information memoranda, prepare and present management presentations, evaluate proposals, and actively participate in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organization Behavior Management conferences.

Currently planning all events and marketing for The Shape of Behavior, Brandi Castillo, is back from being a stay at home mom to her five children. She has a passion for children especially working with children who have special needs. In addition to her eleven years of experience with her daughter Jasmine who has cerebral palsy, Brandi also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology. She has been with The Shape of Behavior for 2-1/2 years. She started as a Direct Therapist and moved into a management position as a Site Manager. She then left The Shape of Behavior to be a stay at home mommy to her now 17 month old. Before, Brandi came to the Shape; she showed her heart for service by working with Houston-area seniors with the Meals on Wheels program. Brandi is committed to provide the public with information about The Shape of Behavior along with education and awareness of Autism and ABA therapy
