The Shape of Behavior uses a team supervision
approach for quality services. All of our BCBA's
are accessible to any of our locations and spend time rotating
to meet the needs of all our staff and clientele. TSOB is
able to offer a unique combination of very experienced Behavior
Analysts to meet the community's needs. For example,
three BCBA's obtain an actual degree in Behavior Analysis,
something that is rare as most graduate programs only offer
ABA as a specialization. We also contract with a
BCBA who is employed by a local school district and is
a valuable asset for our school aged children, helping
with transitional curriculum.
