Caroline Stevens, M.S., BCBA
Caroline Stevens is a graduate of UNT and has her Master's degree in Behavior Analysis. She also received her B.S. in Psychology from LSU in 2002. She has 10 years working experience in the field of behavior analysis, and specializes in self-injurious behavior, physical aggression to others, and parent and staff training.

Leigh Ann Wheat, M.S., BCBA
Leighann Wheat is a graduate of UNT and has
her Master's degree in Behavior Analysis. She worked
in New York State for several years as a Senior Behavior
Analyst before joining TSOB. Her focus at TSOB is
Program Development.

Benjamin Giraldo, M.Ed., BCBA
Benjamin Giraldo has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for more than 20 years. Mr. Giraldo received his Bachelor's degree in psychology from National University of Colombia (1990), his Master's Degree in Education with emphasis in Special Education from Arcadia University (2006), and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis for Special Populations from the University of Massachusetts Boston (2008). Mr. Giraldo worked in the past in prestigious organizations like the May Institute (1991-1993) and Melmark (2001-2009). He also was a college professor in his native Colombia at the Konrad Lorenz University Foundation (1994-2000) and Saint Thomas University (1996-1998). Mr. Giraldo recently relocated to Texas and is currently providing behavioral intervention and training for parents of children, youth, and adults with various disabilities in South, Texas.

Summer Gainey Ducloux, M.Ed., BCBA
Summer Ducloux is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has her Masters degree in education with a concentration in Early Childhood Special Education and Autism and Developmental Disabilities. She has worked in a variety of settings including clinics, private and public classrooms, and private in-home therapy. Her special interests include program development, natural environment training, and inclusion. She will begin pursuit of her doctoral degree in the fall of 2010 in the field of Autism and Developmental Disabilities at the University of Texas at Austin.

Alice Gutierrez, LMFT-A, BCBA
Alice Lazo Masters Level Family Therapist with over 5 years of ABA/HBI experience, completing courses in ABA/HBI for BCBA certification. She has been with The Shape of Behavior since March of
2002.

Lorita Slaughter, MA
Graduated from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. After graduating with my BA, I worked for the State of Louisiana Department of Public Safety and
Corrections. While working there, I worked in the Drug Court program. Left employment with the State of Louisiana and worked for the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Department as a School Resource Officer. Graduated in December 2010 from McNeese State with a Master of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Angela Bishop, M.Ed, BCBA
Angela Bishop received her Masters in Education from Regent University with a concentration in Early Childhood and Developmental Disabilities. She also received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Houston. She has worked in a variety of settings including doing ABA therapy, private in-home therapy, shadowing, teaching resource, self-contained, and inclusion. She has 12 years of working with children with Autism and various developmental disabilities.

Annett Allen, M.Ed., BCBA
Graduated from SFA in december of 2004 with a bachelor of science in Child Development and Family Living. Completed course work through UNT for BCABA. Currently working on Masters in Special ED - LIDA at Sam Houston. Been with the shape since Jan. of 2005.
