We have a rigorous training protocol and ongoing supervision by our professional team of BCBA's. 

BCBA Present To Coach Staff

After reference checks, background checks and multiple visits with us, including a full day of observation, new staff enter our training satellite. 

New staff are trained with technical science based ABA techniques until they exhibit a level of competence to "pass" out of training and enter their clinic site.  During this training time, they take content quizzes in behavior analysis.  Some even enroll to take online university credit courses taught by our staff and other BCBA's through local University programs. 

They also get multiple workshop and hands on training demonstrating their ability to master techniques used to work with our clients.  They receive first aid and CPR training.  They experience random drug testing.

After all of this, they have ongoing evaluations and constantly prove that they are proficient at this "skilled" profession.

You can feel confident that you are getting the best trainers, who love kids and also have an appreciation for the science of ABA/HBI. We offer assistance to professional workshops and trainings, we pay their way to conferences, and they are required to have "CEU's" in Behavior Analysis to maintain their job status.  They are evaluated via camera's and on video, and in person each and every month.
